What type of glass can I recycle with you?

Bottles (beer, wine, liquor, food containers)

Jars (jelly, olives, most any glass food jar)

Candle jars...if wax is removed
Do I have to take the labels off?
No, that is not necessary. Although it would be great if you did!
If at all possible, please remove hard plastic, foil and metal from the glass.
Is there any type of glass you DO NOT accept?
YES!!

Do you have a drop-off location?
Not currently. However, we are working on this! If you know of ways to help us please fill out the contact form. We would love to hear from you.
Does the glass have to be clean?
Yes, please! That does not mean it has to be scrubbed and washed. At the very least, a quick rinse. Food particles, mold, candle wax, etc. will contaminate the other glass and also the machine.
Is the glass sand/mulch available for purchase?
Yes! The online store is a work in process, but we do have colored glass sand and mulch available in 5 sizes (from very fine to cullet...see the About Us page for more information on sizing) and starting in 1 pound bags, up to 50 pound sand bags. Contact Us for ways to purchase our sand/mulch products!
